Cancellation Policy

At Lake Park Paws | Premier Dog Boarding, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients efficiently, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. This time frame allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the vacant spot to another furry friend in need of our services.

Boarding cancellations must be communicated to Lake Park Paws 24 hours in advance of the start of the reservation. Late cancellation or no-show will result in an overnight charge of the kennel rate to the card on file. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your beloved pet.
